NODA Youth Theatre Awards
Saturday 17th January saw the annual NODA North West District 1 Awards celebration evening. Manchester Musical Youth were in attendance following our incredible 30 group and individual nominations for productions and concerts in the 2025 Season. It was a glitzy, black tie event where attendees enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, followed by the much anticipated awards, before dancing the night away (and we did!).
SUCCESS
We are thrilled to have received 3 awards during the evening. Please join us in congratulating Laurie Madden, who scooped ‘Best Leading Male in a Youth Musical’ for his portrayal of Abraham Reid in ‘The Clockmaker’s Daughter’. The success for this incredible show did not stop there. Our founder and Musical Director, Kimberly, won her sixth ‘Best Musical Director of a Youth Musical’ award. Finally, the highly sought after ‘Best Youth Musical’ gong was awarded to ‘The Clockmaker’s Daughter’. We could not be prouder of the achievements of this beautiful show.
A huge congratulations to all nominees and winners. What a fabulous year of local theatre in Manchester.
